C2040 Double Pitch Sprocket — Cost-Effective Conveyor Drive Solution
The C2040 double pitch sprocket has a 1 inch (25.4mm) pitch — exactly double the standard #40 pitch of 1/2 inch. Designed specifically for conveyor applications where chain speed is moderate and the longer pitch reduces chain weight, cost, and the number of wearing components. The C2040 sprocket engages with C2040 double pitch roller chain and is not interchangeable with standard #40 or #80 chain. Available with 9 to 60 teeth in A-plate and B-hub configurations.
