ANSI #80 Roller Chain Sprocket — Heavy-Duty 1-Inch Pitch Industrial Drives
The #80 at 1 inch (25.4mm) pitch is the primary heavy-duty ANSI roller chain sprocket. Specified for mining conveyors, cement kiln drives, steel mill auxiliary mechanisms, large agricultural equipment, and any application requiring high torque at moderate speed. Simplex (#80), duplex (#80-2), triplex (#80-3) from 9 to 120 teeth. All hub types available including split and QD bushed.
