The C2060 at 1-1/2 inch (38.1mm) pitch is the single most specified double pitch sprocket globally. It uses the same roller diameter as standard #60 chain but with double the pitch distance, making it ideal for longer conveyor spans where chain weight and cost matter. Widely used in food processing, packaging, bottling, and general materials handling conveyors. Available with 9 to 60 teeth. Stainless steel versions for washdown environments.

C2060H uses heavy-duty side plates for higher tensile strength at the same pitch. The sprocket is identical — both C2060 and C2060H chain engage the same sprocket.
