Pasang: LOTO → lepaskan rantai → tanggalkan gegancu lama → pasang baharu (TL = perubahan pantas) → jajarkan → tegangan 2-3% → pelincirkan → uji.
Isu: Gigi tunggangan rantai = gegancu haus (ganti kedua-duanya). Getaran = jajaran yang tidak betul/larian lubang. Bunyi bising yang berlebihan = rantai kering. Rantai tergelincir = rantai memanjang + gigi haus (ganti kedua-duanya).
