ANSI #160 — The Largest Standard ANSI Roller Chain Sprocket
The #160 at 2 inch (50.8mm) pitch is the largest standard ANSI roller chain sprocket. Specified only for the most extreme industrial applications where no smaller pitch can deliver the required torque. Large-scale dredging, heavy mining conveyors, steel mill primary drives, and the heaviest port equipment. Primarily simplex from 9 to 57 teeth. 4140 alloy steel is the standard material.
