ANSI #60 Roller Chain Sprocket

ANSI #60 roller chain sprocket at 3/4 inch (19.05mm) pitch for medium-to-heavy-duty industrial power transmission. The second most popular ANSI size after #40. Used in mining conveyors, agricultural machinery, materials handling, and heavy manufacturing. 1045 or 4140 steel. ANSI B29.1.

Description

ANSI #60 Roller Chain Sprocket — The Heavy-Duty ANSI Workhorse

The #60 at 3/4 inch (19.05mm) pitch is the second most popular ANSI roller chain sprocket and the go-to choice for medium-to-heavy-duty applications across mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and materials handling. It provides significantly higher torque capacity than #50 while maintaining manageable sprocket diameters. Simplex (#60), duplex (#60-2), triplex (#60-3) with 9 to 120 teeth. Available in all hub types including split and QD bushed.
