QD Bushed Sprockets — Maximum Bore Capacity, Rapid Field Replacement
QD (Quick-Disconnect) bushed sprockets accommodate the largest shaft diameters in the ANSI range. The QD bushing system uses a flanged, straight-bore bushing with cap screws that can be reversed for installation or removal. Available in ANSI #40 through #240 with QD bushing sizes from JA through W2. Bore capacities up to 150mm+ depending on bushing size. Designed for heavy mining, cement, steel, and port applications where large shafts and maintenance accessibility are critical.
