10B Metric Roller Chain Sprocket — Medium-to-Heavy Duty Industrial Drives
The 10B sprocket operates at 15.875mm (5/8 inch) pitch, positioned between lighter 08B and heavier 12B sprockets in the ISO metric range. Designed for applications requiring higher torque capacity than 08B while maintaining moderate sprocket diameters. Common in pump drives, mixer mechanisms, conveyor systems, and wood processing equipment. We supply 10B sprockets in simplex (10B-1), duplex (10B-2), and triplex (10B-3) from 9 to 114 teeth.

Installation and Maintenance
Installieren: Verify 10B chain pitch match. Mount on shaft, key, torque set screws. Align both sprockets to within 0.5mm/300mm. Set 2-3% chain sag. Lubricate before first run.
Lubricate: ISO VG 30-50 oil at engagement point. Avoid grease — too viscous for roller chain pin-bushing interface.
