Sprockets for Bottling and Filling Lines

Bottling and filling line sprockets drive the conveyor chains that transport bottles, cans, cartons, and containers through rinser, filler, capper, labeller, and packer stations. These sprockets must operate in wet, caustic-washdown environments while maintaining hygienic surface standards. We supply filling line sprockets in ANSI #35–#60 and ISO 06B–12B in SS304/SS316 stainless with electro-polished finish, plus C2060 double pitch for long-span accumulation conveyors.
