ANSI #120 Roller Chain Sprocket — Extreme Heavy-Duty 1-1/2″ Pitch
The #120 at 1-1/2 inch (38.1mm) pitch is reserved for extreme load applications. Mining overland conveyors, steel mill primary drives, heavy dredging chain systems, and large port ship-loading mechanisms. Primarily simplex (#120) and duplex (#120-2), 9 to 76 teeth. 4140 alloy steel is the standard material for this pitch size.
